This Court, by a separate judgment passed today i.e. 14.10.2025, has decreed CS(COMM) 624/2023. It has been observed in the said judgment that the order dated 04.11.2024 recording the admission of the defendant with respect to its liability of ₹ 50,23,902/- shall stand merged with this decree.

Further direction for pre-suit interest, pendente lite interest, and future interest on the said amount of ₹ 50,23,902/- has also been passed in the said judgment.

In view of the above, the present execution petition is disposed of with liberty reserved to the Decree Holder to file a fresh execution petition for the final decree passed today in CS(COMM) 624/2023, in case the Judgment Debtors failed to pay to the decretal amount, within the time granted.
