The present petition under Section 276 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 has been filed by the Petitioners for grant of probate of the Will dated 09.06.1989 of Late Nebhraj Kalra.

It is stated that the parties were referred to Delhi High Court Mediation Centre where the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 06.10.2025. The parties are held bound by the above Settlement Agreement. 4.
