% 07.08.2019 C.M. No. 34945/2019 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 8481/2019 The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition to assail the order dated 08.06.2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (CAT/ Tribunal) in M.A. Nos. 2633/2018 & 2634/2018 in O.A. No.2369/2018.

By the impugned order, the Tribunal has stayed the revised result notice dated 25.04.2018. The effect of the stay is that the petitioners - whose name figured in the revised result notice, have not been granted appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioners on query by the Court states that the petitioners have already moved an application for intervention before the Tribunal; they have been directed to be impleaded as party respondent before the Tribunal; and they have already moved an application for vacation of stay, which is still pending consideration before the Tribunal. In these circumstances, we see no justification to interfere with the impugned order. Dismissed.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
