The present Appeal has been disposed of by this Court vide judgment dated 09.10.2025.

A perusal of the record reflects that a discrepancy has been pointed out between the signed physical copy and the uploaded version of the judgment, which is depicted from paragraph no.34 of the judgment, reproduced as under:

Keeping in view the aforesaid discussion, the Impugned Order is hereby set aside, while requesting the Presiding Judge of the Commercial Court to take appropriate steps for expeditious disposal of the Suit."
