The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following prayers: - "In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of Justice, it is therefore, most respectfully prayed that FIR No.600/2022, dated 26/12/2022, Police Station: Hari Nagar, Delhi under Section 376/509 of IPC 1860, be quashed by this Hon'ble Court;"

Pass any other Order(s) which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of Justice."

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that the matter is pending before the learned Trial Court at the stage of consideration on point of charge. 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the contentions taken herein at the time of consideration on point of charge in accordance with law.
