% 09.05.2026 Appellant insurance company has filed an appeal for reduction of the Award dated 24.02.2025 passed by the Learned MACT, Awarding a compensation of Rs. 92,40,945/- along with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of DAR.

On appeal, the Insurance Company deposited entire Awarded amount with up to date interest before the concerned Tribunal on application dated 07.08.202025 as under:- i.

Learned Counsel for the Insurance Company also submits that the statutory amount with interest, if any, may be refunded to the Insurance Company.

In view of the above, the Awarded amount if not released, be released to the Respondent(s)-claimant(s) in terms of the Award of the learned MACT.

Statutory amount with interest if any, be refunded to the Insurance Company.

In terms of the aforesaid, the present appeal along with pending application (s) stand disposed of.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned learned Tribunal with LCR, if already received.
