This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') for setting aside the Arbitral Award dated 20.03.2025.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Respondent takes an objection to the jurisdiction of this Court to entertain the petition on the ground of lack of pecuniary jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file objections under Section 34 of the 1996 Act before the competent Court having pecuniary jurisdiction in the matter.

Petition along with pending applications is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
