Learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw both the petitions by the present applications. In view of the submissions made above, the present applications for withdrawal of both the petitions are allowed and petitions bearing O.M.P. (COMM) 565/2020 and O.M.P. (COMM) 27/2021 along with pending applications stand disposed of as settled.
