% 03.05.2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.293/2001 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC at Police Station: Defence Colony. The notice in the petition was issued on 08.03.2013 and the State was directed to file the status report in the matter. Thereafter the matter was adjourned on seven dates till 27.02.2015 when the court was informed that the charge sheet has been filed in the matter. However, none appeared for the petitioner on that date and the matter was adjourned to 11.08.2015. On 11.08.2015, at the request of the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 11.12.2015. On 11.12.2015,

again none appeared for the petitioner despite the matter being called out twice and in the interest of justice, no adverse order was passed and the matter was adjourned.

Today again, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite third call.

The petitioner does not seem to be interested in prosecuting the matter.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
