Learned Addl. PP has produced a letter dated 08.08.2019 of Amarjyoti Hospital. The same is taken on record. 2.

Petitioner has produced referral summary of Amarjyoti Hospital dated 16.08.2019 which shows that the petitioner has been referred to higher centre for further treatment and need of familiar environment. The same is taken on record.

In view of the medical condition of the petitioner having been verified and also the fact that he is suffering from terminal incurable disease and as per the medical opinion his condition is not likely to improve and keeping in view of his ailment, the Interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 05.08.2019 is extended for a further period of three months from today on the same terms and conditions. 4.

Petition is disposed in the above terms.
