W.P.(C) 8517/2019 Mr. Manish Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, balance amount of Rs.50,140/- is due and payable by the petitioner in terms of the order dated May 27, 2013 of the CGRF and if the amount is paid, electricity shall be restored.

Mr. Hemant Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states, the amount shall be paid within a week. If that be so, on payment of the amount, respondent shall restore the electricity within 48 Hrs. after the petitioner follows the due formalities.

The petition stands disposed of.
