Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners in the present petition was with regard to the unauthorized encroachment.

He submits that the encroachment now has been removed and therefore the prayer in the present writ petition stands satisfied. 3.

Accordingly, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach again in case there is any encroachment in future. 4.
