A Writ Petition under Article 226 Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for release of articles seized by the Respondent during search conducted on 08.09.2021 as the seizure is in violation of Article 14/19/21 of Constitution of India in RC No.2192021E0005 dated 16.07.2021. 2.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for seeking release of the seized goods. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the present Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is hereby clarified that there is no expression on the merits of the case and the same may be disposed of expeditiously. 5.
