Writ Petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for directing the Respondents to register FIR on the Complainant of the Petitioner in view of the judgment of Lalita Kumari. 2.

Learned ASC for State submits that the Petitioner has already availed his remedy under Section 156(3) Cr.PC and even Section 200 Cr.P.C and both the Applications under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C as well as the Complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C have been dismissed. 3.

Petitioner has chosen not to file any Revision against the Order of Dismissal of the Complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C and under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

In case the Police agencies fails to register an FIR on the Complaint of a party, the alternate procedure has been provided under Section 200 Cr.P.C and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C, which have already been availed by the Petitioner.

In case he is aggrieved by the Orders of learned Trial Court, he is at liberty to approach the superior Court. There is no merit in the present Petition, which is hereby dismissed along with the pending Applications.
