This application has been filed on behalf of the applicant/respondent no.5 seeking condonation of delay of 71 days in filing the reply/status report.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CM APPL. 71548/2025 (to install electric pole) 4.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the reliefs sought in CM APPL. 71548/2025, an electric pole has been installed near the Temple, Vasundhra Enclave.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CM APPL. 74935/2025 (to remove encroachment) 6.
Status report has been handed over in Court on behalf of the respondent no.5/MCD and the same is taken on record. 7.
In the status report, it has been stated that removal of the encroachment drive was carried out on 23rd December, 2025 and the encroachment in the area has been removed. Further, a letter dated 30th December, 2025 has been sent to the SHO Police Station, New Ashok Nagar with a request to the concerned SHO/Beat Officer to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no encroachment recurs on the said stretches/areas. 8.
In view thereof, the present application is disposed of while directing the respondent no.5/MCD and the concerned Police station to ensure that no encroachment occurs in the said area.
