O R D E R

% 25.07.2016 Learned counsel for the parties state that the disputes between the parties have been settled and a settlement agreement dated 12.05.2016 has been executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC). A copy of the said settlement report has been received from

the DHCMCC and the said settlement agreement is annexed thereto. The learned counsel for the parties further confirm that the aforesaid settlement was arrived at. In the circumstances, the present application for appointment of an Arbitrator and for interim relief do not survive. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the respondents have not adhered to the schedule of payment as agreed to under the settlement agreement and the first instalment itself has been delayed.

The petitioners may take such steps as may be advised, in that regard, however, the present applications do not survive. The same are disposed of. VIBHU BAKHRU, J JULY 25, 2016 pkv
