The petitioner is a teacher in Government Priyadarshani Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, Fatehpur Beri, New Delhi. She has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, seeking action on various complaints/representations made by her and her husband to the Directorate of Education ["DoE"], Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi ["GNCTD"], against other teachers and principal of the said school. She has also sought transfer from the school. 2.

therefore amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal ["CAT"] under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. The petitioner must therefore invoke the remedies before CAT. 3.
However, in view of the fact that petitioner, at this stage, appears to have filed various complaints and representations before the DoE, Ms. Latika Choudhury, learned counsel for the GNCTD, who appears on advance notice, states that DoE will take appropriate action, if necessary, within the period of six weeks from today.

In the event no action is taken or if the petitioner remains aggrieved in any other way, she is at liberty to approach CAT. 5.
