The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 25.07.2019 passed by the District Magistrate (North-West) Kanjhawala, Delhi. The District Magistrate has rejected the petitioner's complaint under Rule 22(3) of the Delhi Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009 (as amended in the year 2016).
