This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking to defreeze the account of the petitioner.

Mr. Akshya, learned counsel for the petitioner, draws my attention to Annexure-P1 of the petition which shows that the disputed amount is only to the tune of Rs. 1141/-.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Bhardwaj, learned CGSC and Mr. Swami, learned counsels accept notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 respectively and admit the contents of Annexure P-1.

Since, the disputed amount is only to the tune of Rs. 1141/- as shown The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 10/04/2026 at 12:36:09
in Annexure P-1, the respondent No.2 is directed to maintain a lien on the said amount and the account of the petitioner 6.
Except for the said sum, the account of the petitioner being account no. 2455101004167 at Canara Bank Vikaspuri, New Delhi shall be defreezed forthwith.

In view of the order passed in CM APPL. 21285/202, the present petition is disposed of.
