HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER

O R D E R

% 26.02.2016 The learned counsel for the respondent says that settlement has been arrived at between the parties.

There is, however, no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

The position was no different on the previous two dates, i.e. 19.08.2015 and 22.09.2015. I may only note that on 19.08.2015, this court had directed the respondent to file settlement documents on record. Notwithstanding the aforesaid directions, since the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. A copy of this order will despatched by the Registry to the petitioner.
