The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submit that the matter was referred to mediation vide order dated 22.01.2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

They submit that the mediation has been successful and the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and the terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties have been recorded in the form of mediation settlement dated 31.05.2024.

It is submitted that under the said mediation settlement the defendant no. 1 has agreed to purchase undivided share as detailed in the mediation settlement and shown in black colour in the site plan attached to the settlement, for total consideration of Rs. 1 Crore, out of which Rs. 20 Lakhs The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. have already been paid by the defendant no. 1 to the plaintiff. It is submitted that the balance is payable within five months from the date of settlement. 4.

I have perused the settlement, the same bears the signatures of the plaintiff, as well as, all the three defendants. The settlement is also supported by the affidavits of all the parties to the present suit. 5.

The parties who are present in Court also affirm having entered into settlement before the mediation centre and having appended their signatures to the said settlement. The parties undertake that they will remain bound by the said settlement. The undertaking is taken on record. 6.

In view of the above, there is no impediment in decreeing the present suit in terms of the settlement. Accordingly, the suit is disposed of. 7.

Let decree be passed in terms of the settlement. The mediation settlement dated 31.05.2024 as well as the site plan attached to the settlement shall form part of the decree.
