Accordingly, the instant application has been filed seeking the permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and disposed of. CRL.REV.P. 815/2019 4.

In light of the order passed in Crl.M.A. No. 10419/2025, the present petition is permitted to be withdrawn in view of the settlement between the parties.
