Learned counsel for the parties submits that they have arrived at a settlement pursuant to which the connected suit CS(OS) 297/2019 has been decreed while the present suit is to be withdrawn. 2.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff on instructions seeks permission for withdrawal of the suit in view of the inter se settlement between the parties. Learned Counsel for the defendant has "No Objection" to the withdrawal of the suit. In view of the submissions made, the suit is permitted to be withdrawn and accordingly disposed of.

Considering that the parties have settled the matter outside the court, the court fees be refunded to the plaintiff in terms of Section 16-A of the Court Fees Act.
