The primary grievance canvassed by the petitioner, who appears inperson is with regard to the non-payment of its emoluments and CIRP costs incurred by him as the erstwhile resolution professional with regard to the CIRP of 'Dreamz Infra India limited'. During the course of hearing, it is acceded that the petitioner has filed an application before the NCLT in respect thereof.

In the circumstances, considering that the NCLT is seized of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage. However, the NCLT is requested to bestow urgent consideration to the application filed on behalf of the petitioner and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months from today, in accordance with law.

The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
