The present petition has been filed inter alia seeking directions to respondents for permitting petitioner to participate in the survey, which is conducted by the respondent New Delhi Municipal Corporation ('NDMC'). 2.
Brief background of the case has already been recorded in order dated 22nd May 2025 and paragraph 5 of the same notes that there was a dispute between family members of petitioner, which has already been settled. The documents relating to same have been filed and placed on record of the Court.

Counsel for NDMC states that he has not received a copy of the same.

Nevertheless, this petition can be disposed of in view of the fact that representation was made by petitioner on 25th April 2025, prior to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. conclusion of the survey on 31st July 2025, and accordingly, the same representation ought to be considered in accordance with law. 5.
Documents filed in relation to the settlement between the family of the petitioner, may also be supplied, along with a fresh copy of representation to the counsel for NDMC, who shall forward the same for consideration to the Director (Enforcement).

The decision on the said representation may be communicated within four weeks to the counsel for petitioner.

Petition, therefore, stands disposed of.

Pending application is rendered infructuous.
