The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 to 6 to remove the illegal and unauthorized Dhaba under the name of Ganpati Bhoj at 3270, Bahadurgarh Road, near police post of Bara Hindu Rao, Sadar Bazar, Delhi-110006, being run by the respondent no. 7.

In the petition there are allegations with respect to encroachment and running of the Dhaba, without the requisite license and other clearances. 3.

Status Report dated 25th March, 2025, on behalf of Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), has been filed, wherein, it is stated as follows: "xxx xxx xxx

That it is respectfully submitted that the M/s Ganpati Bhoj (Dhaba) situated at shop no.7270, GF, Bahadur Garh, Sadar Bazar, Delhi was inspected by the officials of the Public Health Department on 20.03.2025. During the inspection it was found that the trade was running under good sanitary and hygienic condition with a valid trade license. During the inspection no encroachment was noticed at the premises.

Copy of inspection dated 20.03.2025 alongwith Trade License and Photographs showing current status of the property/shop is annexed herewith as Annexure-A (Colly)."

A perusal of the aforesaid shows that the Dhaba in question, is being run as per valid trade license, under hygienic conditions and that no encroachment was noticed at the premises in question. 5.

Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
