A Criminal Writ Petition under Section 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed seeking protection of life and liberty of the Petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 along with Respondent No.2 and 3 has appeared through Video Conferencing. It is submitted that the parents i.e. Respondent No.2 and 3 have 'No Objection' to the marriage of the Petitioner and that they would not be disturbing their peaceful life.
