By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus for directing the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to register an FIR and to take appropriate legal action against respondent nos. 4 to 7. 2.

The present writ petition is not maintainable before this Court, since the petitioner herein has yet not exhausted the other remedies available to him. However, the DCP concerned may treat the present writ petition as a representation filed on behalf of petitioner and will take appropriate action in this regard.
