The petitioner seeks quashing of notice dated 15.04.2025 under Section 50 Delhi Police Act. At the outset, two queries were put to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Firstly, the impugned notice was returnable on 20.05.2025, so the issue of sustainability of this writ petition has to be addressed. Secondly, whether writ jurisdiction can be invoked to quash a show cause notice.

In response, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and appear before the concerned authority in response to the impugned notice.

The petition and accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
