% 14.07.2016 By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 1104/2015 under Section 376 IPC registered at PS Ghazipur. The parties have since married. The complainant who is present in Court states that the FIR was lodged by her due to some confusion and she would like to render some social service to unburden herself. She states that she would do social service at the De-addiction Centre run under the jurisdiction of PS Kalyan Puri for a period of one month with effect from 18th July, 2016. The complainant would like to visit and counsel or render other services as assigned to her for which ACP concerned will tie up with the concerned De-addiction Centre.

Subject to this condition in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `5000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/ SHO concerned.
