The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 09.04.2019, whereby directions have been issued for the execution of a warrant of attachment. The said attachment order indicates that it has been passed to enforce a recovery certificate issued in reference to a decision rendered by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-V. 4.

It is the petitioner's case that he is not aware of any proceedings before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-V and therefore the order of recovery, if any, is manipulated.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that there is an error in the attachment order to the extent it refers to the order of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-V. He states that the recovery of the amount of ₹16,45,488/- is being made pursuant to an order passed by the Court of Commissioner Employees Compensation Labour Department. 6.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the impugned attachment order 09.04.2019 is set aside with liberty to the respondent to issue a fresh order stating the correct particulars. The petitioner is also at liberty to approach respondent no. 2 (Assistant Collector Grade - I/SDM) for obtaining copies of the relevant orders.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The pending application is also disposed of.
