% 24.07.2024 I.A. 34190/2024 & I.A. 34197/2024 (for directions) 1.

Issue notice. Mr. Adarsh Tripathi, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the petitioner.

2.

By order of this Court dated 07.03.2024, the petitions were dismissed as withdrawn, while directing that the amounts deposited by O.M.P. (COMM) 272/2021 & O.M.P. (COMM) 364/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the petitioner in Court will be released to the respondent. 3.

The respondent has filed these applications seeking a direction that the amounts be released in the name of "Larsen and Toubro Ltd" instead of "Larsen and Toubro - BMH", as the respondent has been described in the memo of parties.

4.

There is no objection to this request.

5.

It is stated in the applications that the respondent was in fact "Larsen and Toubro Ltd" and "BMH" only refers to Bulk Material Handling, which is the concerned business unit of the respondent. 6.

In the impugned Award, although the claimant has been mentioned in the cause title as "Larsen and Toubro - BMH", paragraph 2 identifies "Larsen and Toubro Ltd" as the claimant. The documents filed with the petition also show that the contract in question is awarded to "Larsen and Toubro Ltd", and the pleadings were filed in the name of "Larsen and Toubro Ltd".

7.

For the aforesaid reasons, the applications are allowed, and the Registry is directed to release the deposited amount in the name of "Larsen and Toubro Ltd". This may be done, either by endorsing the fixed deposits, which are lying in the name of the Registrar General or by remitting the amounts in the bank account of the respondent mentioned in prayer (ii) of the applications.

8.

The applications are disposed of.
