% 21.04.2017 The plaintiff's suit for recovery was transferred by this court to the District & Sessions Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi by way of order dated 28.01.2016, in terms of Notification No.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26.10.2015 vide Notification No.F.No.L19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26.10.2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 sub-Section (ii). The plaint has been sent back to the Registrar General of this court by the learned ADJ-05/West/THC/Delhi, in terms of the order dated 14.02.2017.

A perusal of the said order dated 14.02.2017 shows that a plain reading of the plaint reveals that defendant company Nos.2 and 3 are working for gain at Community Centre, Saket, which falls within the jurisdiction of the District & Sessions Judge, South District, Saket

Courts, Delhi.

In view of the foregoing, the present matter is directed to be transferred to District & Sessions Judge, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi for further proceedings, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the parties are directed to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi on 29th May, 2017. SIDDHARTH MRIDUL, J.
