The present case has remained on the regular board since 19.02.2016. It was taken up on 03.03.2016, 15.03.2016 and 16.03.2016. However, none had appeared for the petitioner. On 16.03.2016, counsel for the respondents had stated that he had informed Mr. Alok Kishore, counsel for the petitioner about the pendency of this case and he had sought some accommodation. The same submission was made by counsel for the respondents on 28.03.2016, when none had appeared for the petitioner. 2.

Today, counsel for the respondents states that Mr. Alok Kishore, counsel for the petitioner had informed him that as his client has not been contacting him, he does not propose to appear in the case. W.P.(C) 2066/2007
