This application is filed on behalf of the Plaintiff under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC for recording the settlement between the parties and passing a decree thereon.

Present suit is instituted by the Plaintiff seeking inter alia decree of declaration declaring the order dated 16.05.2017 passed by the Trial Court in Case No. 206/2017 as null and void as also decree for partition. 3.

During the pendency of the present suit, parties were referred before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of settlement of their disputes amicably. Parties have settled their disputes and a Settlement Agreement has been executed and signed on CS(OS) 399/2019 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 03.09.2025, copy of which has been placed on record. 4.

Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, this application is allowed and disposed of recording the settlement between the parties.

CS(OS) 399/2019 6.

The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement. The Settlement Agreement dated 03.09.2025 shall form a part of the decree and the terms of the same shall bind the parties.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 8.

Suit stands disposed of.

Before parting in the matter, Court pens down its appreciation for the learned Mediator Ms. Veena Ralli, who according to counsels for the parties has been instrumental in facilitating this settlement. 10.

Date of 09.10.2025 stands cancelled.
