% 23.01.2016 This is a suit for injunction, possession and damages valued at less than Rs.2 crores.

Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that suit property is situated at Patparganj which falls under the jurisdiction of District East, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District East, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (East), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (East), Karkardooma, Delhi on 25.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
