The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR No. 121/2019 under Section 380 of the IPC registered with PS Karawal Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 2.

The status report has been filed which indicates that the cancellation report has been filed before the Trial Court, however, the same has not been accepted as yet.

In view of the above, the counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition while reserving all rights and contentions of the petitioner.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn all rights and contentions of the petitioner are reserved.
