This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC seeking issuance of directions to the Registry to refund the decretal amount of about Rs. 400.67 crores lying deposited in this Court along with accrued interest. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice. 3.

Ms. Bandyopadhyay, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the application being allowed. 4.

The application is allowed and the Registry is directed to release the decretal amount of Rs. 400.67 crores lying deposited in this Court along with accrued interest in favor of the petitioner and/or its authorized representative.

This is an application filed under Section 151 of the CPC on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present petition in view of Settlement Agreement dated 09.05.2024.
