Pursuant to previous order, Dr. Janak Raj Rana, counsel for respondent, informs that a Special Leave Petition (SLP) has been filed before the Supreme Court against the judgment dated 11th January 2023 in CRP No. 1 /2018 (the order of which disobedience is alleged in this petition).

He informs that yesterday the matter was listed before the Supreme Court, and time has been given to respondent to vacate the subject property by 31st July 2025.

In view of the directions passed by the Supreme Court regarding vacating of the property, no directions are required to be passed by this Court.

The respondent is present in the Court.

January 2023, that respondent will cooperate with petitioners in quashing of FIR No. 526 /2015, registered at P.S. Palam Village, under Sections 354/354-A/509/447/448/452 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC). 6.

A fresh quashing petition shall be supplied by the counsel for petitioner within this week, to the counsel for respondent. Respondent shall give her consent through an affidavit so that the matter can be listed before the appropriate Court for the purpose of quashing. 7.

As and when the matter is listed for quashing, respondent shall be present in person before the court to ensure that undertaking given to this Court is complied with.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
