The present application has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties.

The deed of compromise dated 22nd June, 2025 has been annexed with the application as Document no.C1.

Pursuant to the order passed by the Predecessor Bench on 11th July, 2025, the statement of the parties have been recorded before the Joint Registrar on 11th August, 2025.

Counsels for the parties submit that in terms of the order passed on 11th July, 2025, the registered relinquishment deeds have been executed by defendants no.1, 2 and 3 in favour of the plaintiff. I have perused the terms of the compromise deed and find the same to be lawful.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the compromise deed. 7.

The application is disposed of accordingly.

In view of the order passed in I.A. 16259/2025, the present suit is decreed in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties. 9.

The application, along with the Compromise Deed shall form part of the decree sheet.

Decree sheet be drawn up in above terms.
