The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing No. 125/2019 under Sections 323/341/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Section 3(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (SC/ST Act), registered with P.S. Aman Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The petitioners are present in Court and are identified by their counsel. The respondents are also present in Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer.

The said parties state that they had settled all their inter se disputes and have no grievance against each other.

In view of the above statement, this Court considers it apposite to quash the FIR in question.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the FIR bearing No. 125/2019, under Sections 323/341/506/509/34 of the IPC and Section 3(x) of the SC/ST Act registered with P.S. Aman Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
