An Application under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been handed over by learned counsel for the parties, in the Court. Let the same be taken on record. 2.
Mr. Waseem @ Raja, legal heir of the Appellant and Attorny of Appellant Nos. (i) to (iii) and (v) to (xi) and Mr. Sharif Ahmed, the Respondent No. 1 for himself and GPA for the Respondent No. 2, are also present in person.

It is submitted in the said Application that the parties have entered into a Settlement, in terms as recorded in the said Application. Both the GPAs on behalf of the respective parties, undertake that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement. The Settlement has been entered into between the parties without any kind of undue pressure, fraud, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In terms of Para 3(c) of the said Application, sum of Rs.12,00,000/- be released to the Appellant while the balance amount deposited in the Court by the Appellant along with the interest, be released to the Respondent. 5.

The Regular First Appeal is disposed of, in terms of the aforesaid Settlement. The pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
