The Petitioner is reported to have died on 22.12.2024. A copy of the Death Certificate has been handed over today in the Court, which be taken on record. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigations are still pending against the co-accused, Smt. Surekha Rani, sister-in-law, who is based in Netherlands and has not been able to join the investigations. 3.

It is submitted that the investigations shall be completed soon and the Final Report/Chargesheet shall be filed before the learned Trial Court. 4.

In view of above, nothing more survives in the present Petition which is hereby disposed of along with pending Application.
