Mr. Vikram Jetly, learned counsel for respondents has handed over certain documents to show that in compliance of the last order dated 01st February, 2024, an amount of Rs. 1,53,672/- has been released. The same are taken on record. Thus, he submits that the order dated 10th December, 2019 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.(C) 8391/2017 stands complied with.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the receipt of the aforesaid amount. However, he submits that there are other grievances of the petitioner with respect to calculation of the pension for which the petitioner shall seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 3.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, as satisfied.
