On the query of the Court, the learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is no more required for the purposes of interrogation.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned APP, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest, be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO. However, if need of arrest arises, the IO shall give three working days notice to the petitioner so that he may avail the legal remedy. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join and cooperate in the investigation, as and when called by the IO/SHO in writing; that he shall not involve in any activity which may prejudice the investigation or the witnesses.
