% 14.09.2017 CM No. 21583/2017 This is an application filed by the petitioner for seeking correction for two dates in paragraph 19 of the judgment dated 27th April, 2017. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the date of suspension has been reflected as August 14, 1996 instead of August 14, 1986, he also states, the date October 14, 2016, should be referred as October 14, 2006. Mr. Jagat Arora learned counsel appearing for the respondent concedes to the aforesaid errors. Accordingly the dates in line four and line six of Para 19 of the judgment dated April 27, 2017, shall be read as August 14, 1986 and October 14, 2006 instead of August 14, 1996 and October 14,
2016. As and when a certified copy of the judgment/order of 27th April, 2017 is issued, a copy of this shall order also be issued. Application stands disposed of.
CM Nos. 21585-21586/2017 Mr. Ashok Bhalla learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw both the applications as according to him, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner shall approach the respondent / bank for seeking benefits arising out of the judgment dated 27th April, 2017.
The applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
