% 06.02.2018 FIR No. 280/2015 under Sections 354/354A/354B/323/506/509/34 IPC was registered against the petitioners at police station Paharganj, on the complaint of respondent no.2 Rajni. Respondent nos. 3 and 4 had sustained simple injuries.

Petitioners and respondents are stated to be related to each other. It is submitted that with the interventions of elderly persons and well wishers, petitioners and respondents have settled their disputes amicably in terms of Memorandum of Understanding / Compromise Deed dated 13th December, 2017, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 to 4 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Pawan Yadav of police station Paharganj. Respondent nos.2 to 4 submit that they have settled the matter with the

petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, they have no objection in case FIR is quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
