This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') for setting aside the impugned arbitral award dated 26.09.2022 and order dated 19.10.2022 passed by the Sole Arbitrator.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition on the ground that the inter se disputes between the parties have been amicably settled, terms thereof are duly recorded in a settlement agreement executed and signed on 19.03.2025. It is further submitted that while disposing of the petition, liberty be granted to the Petitioner to revive the same in case Respondent does not comply with the terms of settlement. 3.
Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, in light of the Settlement Agreement executed between the parties, copy of which is placed on record. O.M.P.
