This is a petition seeking enforcement of the orders dated 21.09.2021, 17.11.2021, 29.01.2022 and 05.12.2022 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal in terms of Section 17(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Order XXXIX Rule 2A and Section 151 of the CPC. 2.

Mr. Prasad, learned counsel for the decree-holder states that substantial amounts have been paid and the only prayer today is that the judgment debtor shall continue to comply with the interim orders. 3.

Mr. Agnani, learned senior counsel for the judgment debtor states that judgment-debtor is complying with the interim orders and will continue to comply with the orders passed by the Ld. Tribunal till the same is varied/modified/set aside.
