This petition is filed by the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') for extension of time of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. 2.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to Lease Agreement dated 22.01.2016 and Supplementary Agreement dated 08.11.2021, in respect of property bearing Unit No. S-112, Second Floor, V3S Mall, East Centre, Plot No. 12, Laxmi Nagar, District Centre, Delhi, Sole Arbitrator was appointed by this Court on 20.12.2023 in ARB.P. No. 504/2023. It is stated in the petition that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final arguments and the Respondent has been proceeded ex parte on 09.11.2024. No steps have been taken by the Respondent to assail the order till date. Mandate of the Arbitrator has expired on 10.04.2025. 3.
